The Training Room at Extra Innings is an area designed for players to fine tune their hitting skills or work on drills that were recommended by one of our instructors during a private lesson. This room may be used free of charge by Player Pack Holders or reserved by teams for a fee.
The room is equipped with many of the latest training aids such as various tees, soft toss machines and stride boards. Each one of these training devices has been recommended by our instructors to help improve a players’ swing when used properly.
