Extra Innings offers indoor comprehensive clinics throughout the year for players ages 7-17. These clinics emphasize off season fundamental improvement for young players to enhance their skills and to gain a competitive advantage.
Participation is limited to assure quality instruction at all our clinics.
This 4-session clinic focuses on the basic fundamentals of hitting. Instructors will work on grip, position of the bat, stance, trigger, stride, approach, contact points, and follow through. Players will rotate through a variety of drills working all aspects of hitting.
Mondays: July 7,14,21,28
Ages 7-12: 6:15pm-7:30pm
Ages 13-17 7:45pm-9:00pm

This 4 session clinic will focus on the basic fundamentals of throwing, fielding your position, and catching. The instructional staff at Extra Innings will focus on detailed point by point inspection of grip, arm placement, and feet work of both throwing and catching. This is one of the most common things overlooked by coaches at all levels. The trained staff at Extra Innings will correct any faults he or she may have.
